Alpha campuses are designed for a school day that moves. Students shift between focused academic work, workshops, projects, challenges, and shared experiences.
As a Guide, you’re in the middle of it - working face-to-face with students, collaborating with other educators, and helping create a campus culture where energy, independence, and ambition are visible every day.
Guide students who are learning to lead themselves. Alpha students are expected to take ownership of their goals, respond to feedback, and push beyond what feels easy.
You’ll work closely with them as they build confidence, judgment, resilience, and independence. You’ll also work alongside other Guides and educators who are equally invested in helping students become capable, self-directed young people.
At Alpha, the school day is split in two, giving you two very different ways to work with students.
Morning: Academic Mastery
Students spend two focused hours working independently through their core subjects. You track progress, step in when they get stuck, and help them build the habits to succeed on their own.
Afternoon: Life Skills & Passion Projects
The next four hours move beyond academics. You lead hands-on workshops and experiences that build confidence, leadership, resilience, and practical skills students can use outside school.
You get the best parts of teaching - technology handles academic instruction and you handle student transformation.
